Today I continue to run a small yard of event horses from my family home. This allows me the flexibility to compete and train regularly whilst being able to provide daily sessions for those clients who require treatment.

Having attended Dr Challoner’s High school – a certified sport and language college, I gained a broad knowledge and understanding of the biomechanics of the human body as well as personally experiencing a diverse range of sports.  My education has aided my understanding of all physical and psychological areas so I can successfully guide and advise my clients.  This can in turn enhance their performance, rehabilitate injuries they may have ascertained, maintain their fitness levels and prevent injuries.

I find my work hugely rewarding as I can see the positive effects my treatments have on my clients in a short space of time.

ABOUT ME

In 2012, I qualified from the London School of Sports Massage with a level 5 BTEC Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage.  I was very fortunate to be able to immediately set up a treatment room within my family home in Hedgerley Green, Buckinghamshire thanks to my parents.  I started a long standing relationship with Uxbridge Chiropractic Clinic as their Sports Massage practitioner in May 2013 where I have been given the opportunity to work with a variety of disabilities, discomforts and injuries.

Throughout my teenage years and to this day, I have always been very competitive and enjoyed taking part in a multitude of sports.  My primary interest is Eventing and I have been exceptionally lucky to have had the passion of equestrianism running throughout my family for my entire life.   Due to the many years of sporting experience I have been exposed to it has enabled me to have a thorough understanding of how important it is to keep your body working correctly and in a symmetrical way to prevent any muscular dysfunction.

My highlights include being a member of the Junior European Squad in 2007 as well as the Young Rider European squad in 2008 and 2009.  Over the years I have produced a number of home bred youngsters to Intermediate level and I successfully competed at CIC4* and Advanced with my main horse Token Gesture.
